Fair Isaac Corporation (the “Company”) held its 2022 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”) on March 1, 2022. Of the 26,638,288 shares of common stock entitled to vote, 23,907,970 shares were present at the Annual Meeting in person or by proxy.
