DHI Mortgage, LoanDepot, Paramount Residential Mortgage Group and CMG Financial Join Growing Roster of FICO® Preferred Program Lenders

November 4, 2026 at 8:00 AM EST

Leading mortgage lenders continue to utilize FICO® Scores for trusted credit risk assessment

BOZEMAN, Mont.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 4, 2026--

FICO (NYSE: FICO), global analytics software leader, today announced that DHI Mortgage, LoanDepot, Paramount Residential Mortgage Group and CMG Financial have enrolled in the FICO® Preferred Program and will continue to pull FICO® Scores across their mortgage lending operations. Their participation adds to growing momentum behind the program and underscores the mortgage industry’s continued demand for low-cost credit score options that lower loan execution costs for consumers.

The latest participants join Guild Mortgage, Fairway Home Mortgage, Movement Mortgage, New American Funding, PennyMac Financial Services and Rate, which previously announced their participation in the FICO® Preferred Program. The program provides lenders access to both Classic FICO® Score and FICO® Score 10T.

Classic FICO® Score has been the trusted standard in mortgage lending for nearly three decades, while FICO® Score 10T is the most predictive1 credit score available to the mortgage industry and incorporates trended credit bureau data and rental payment information. Pulling both can help lenders make more precise risk decisions that support the safety and soundness of the mortgage finance system, while helping qualified borrowers access more competitive terms and potentially save thousands of dollars over the life of a mortgage.

“Strong mortgage lending starts with a clear and accurate understanding of credit risk,” said Julie May, Vice President and General Manager of B2B Scores at FICO. “The FICO Preferred Program gives enrolled lenders access to the trusted standard that has supported mortgage lending for decades and FICO Score 10T, the most predictive credit score available to the mortgage industry. Better risk assessment means greater confidence for lenders and more responsible opportunities for borrowers.”
